Methods and Techniques
Structure of an acupuncture session:
- Assessment of the patient's condition at the time of treatment (pulse diagnosis, examination, questioning, recording changes in the color of mucous membranes, noting painful areas, body points, reflex zones, etc.)
- A session may include 1, 2, 3, or 4 acupuncture systems, transcranial electrostimulation, therapeutic massage of reflex zones, application of magnetic and herbal therapeutic patches, hot cupping on reflex zones, and moxibustion (heating with moxa cigars)
