The MOXO Testing Process

The MOXO test is available in two versions: for children (6-12 years) and for teenagers and adults (13-70 years).

The test consists of eight stages (levels). The total duration of the test is 14.5 minutes in the children's version and 18.5 minutes in the adult version.

To focus on a seemingly simple task, the person taking the test must ignore distracting visual and auditory stimuli, just as they have to do in real life. During the test, various distracting visual and sound interferences appear on the screen (for example, animated images of animals or the sound of a barking dog) of the kind encountered in everyday life. The stimuli appear in different combinations and at different time intervals, imitating attention disruptions from real-life situations.

Who Can Take the Test

No special skills or knowledge are needed to take the test. All that is required is a computer connected to the Internet.

The test results are numerical values of ADHD symptoms, as well as activity graphs for the person taking the test at each of the 8 stages. The program provides the results immediately after the test is completed.

According to the test's developers, more than 250,000 MOXO tests have been administered worldwide to evaluate people with ADHD and ADD.
